Thunder Group ALSKSU105 Description
Because the ALSKSU105 sauce pot cover is designed to be used with the ALSKSU005 aluminum sauce pot, it eases the process of brazing slabs of meat, warming soups and stews, and crafting sauces. This cover's aluminum construction properly conducts heat to contain steam for a thoroughly prepared result, and it fits on top of the ALSKSU005 5-quart-capacity sauce pot. It measures 9 inches in diameter by 5/8 of an inch thick and features an ergonomic handle to ease removal or application. To wash hard-to-reach corners, it can be placed in a dishmachine for cleaning.
