Baxter OV520E1 Description
Designed to hold one rack at a time, the Baxter OV520E1 rack oven is ideal for moderately sized locations. It's made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and measures 55 inches wide by 831/2 inches deep by 104 inches high. For easy insertion and removal, the unit's floor is flush and fitted with a rack lift.
The Baxter OV520E1 rack oven is fitted with Smart Touch™ controls that can hold 100 different recipes and are programmed with several standard features, such as 4-stage bake/roast and energy-saving idle mode. The front of the unit is fitted with a triple-paned glass door that ensures a view into the interior without holding the door open. For easy maintenance, the heating elements are removable.
