John Boos ST6-30120GSK-X Description
The John Boos ST6-30120GSK work table's 120-inch by 30-inch top is made of medium-duty 16-gauge stainless steel, which is ideal for manual prep work and use with small equipment such as food processors, dicers, choppers, blenders, and mixers. Because the top's side edges are turned down 90 degrees, they can be lined up flush against other surfaces. Reducing the risk of injury during prep, its front and back edges are dulled, and to maximize space for storing supplies, the base has an adjustable undershelf.
