Designed with a 16-gauge stainless steel top polished to a satin finish, the John Boos ST6-2484GBK work table's top is sound deadened to inhibit excess noise in commercial kitchen settings. This piece of equipment is reinforced by a 1-inch by 2-inch channel, which runs the length of the table. For employee safety, a stallion edge measuring 1¹⁄₂ inches lines the front and rear of the unit, and the side edges are bent down at 90 degrees.
