The John Boos E3S8-1014-10L15 compartment sink measures 47.50 inches wide by 19.50 inches deep by 43.75 inches tall, and its bowls are 10 inches long by 14 inches wide by 10 inches deep. Enabling operators to have separate bowls for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing, this E-series sink has three compartments. While the backsplash protects the rear wall from splatter, the 15-inch drainboard on the left gives employees a place to rest items and products before they're washed or prepped.
