John Boos DNS08 Description
The John Boos DNS08 maple top baker's table measures 60 inches wide by 30 inches deep, so it has plenty of space for food prep. Its top is made of hard rock mapleāa durable material that stays warmer than metal, so dough doesn't get too firm when workers prepare it. The top's riser contains product while antimicrobial protection inhibits bacterial growth. An adjustable undershelf is integrated into the base to accommodate supplies for prep.
