John Boos DNS07 Description
Engineered for bakeries, pizzerias, and other establishments that work with lots of dough, the John Boos DNS07 baker's table has a hard rock maple top. With this construction, the top doesn't get as cool as metal options, preventing dough from getting too firm while users work with it. The top's antimicrobial properties slow bacterial growth and the 4-inch coved riser contains ingredients. Its base has an undershelf to store supplies and bullet feet to stabilize on uneven surfaces.
