Imperial ITG-72-E Description
With serpentine heating elements incorporated beneath the Imperial ITG-72-E electric countertop griddle’s cooking surface, eggs, breakfast meats, and pancakes can be cooked simultaneously. Heavy-duty temperature controls line the front of the unit, each controlling one of the six heating elements. The thermostats maintain temperature settings for long durations, which is great for peak hours. Its 1⁄2-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate heats quickly due to its thin structure and recovers easily. Overall, it has a 72-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface to maximize production.
Resisting dents and scratches, the Imperial ITG-72-E commercial electric griddle is constructed of stainless steel. Its range fits on top of countertops or equipment stands and comes with 4-inch stainless steel legs to help prevent heat damage to the surface on which it sits. The front ledge is rolled to simplify cleanup, as crumbs won’t get caught in small crevices. Surrounding the unit, rear and side splash guards protect nearby surfaces and the user from popping oil. This design helps direct runoff and leftover cooking particles into the 4-inch-wide grease gutter and into the 1-gallon removable grease can.
