The Imperial ITG-48-E electric griddle measures 48 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 14 inches high and requires a 6-inch clearance from surrounding objects and walls. Its front, sides, splash guard, and ledge are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and it features an integrated backsplash to protect from grease spatters. The 4-inch-wide grease gutter and 1-gallon grease can help maintain a clean cooking area.

The front of the Imperial ITG-48-E electric griddle has three thermostatic controls to moderate the heat output of the 4-killowatt serpentine elements located below the ¹/₂-in.-thick griddle plate. These controls are made of durable plastic, while the griddle sits on stable 4-inch legs.
