Imperial IGG-24 Description
Designed with a 24-inch width and 24-inch depth, the Imperial IGG-24 griddle has a fixed placement on the countertops of busy kitchen spaces. It sits on four 4-inch legs for optimal air flow and temperature management and is paired with a 4-inch-wide grease gutter to avoid the likelihood of messes in a time crunch. Additionally, this griddle comes with a 1-gallon grease can to collect grease from the gutter during cooking and facilitates cleaning by sporting a stainless steel ledge, splash guard, front, and sides for simple wiping and sanitation. The unit has thermostatic controls for setting the heat at specific temperatures and features break-resistant control knobs that aid in longevity.
The Imperial IGG-24 gas griddle is powered with LP gas and has a 1-inch-thick cooking surface that preserves heat over an extended period of time, though this does result in longer heating times initially. It's fixed with two burners to provide even, controlled heat to the plate and can be turned on with the instant ignition that promotes user-friendly accessibility. Aerations baffles are included in this griddle to increase heat distribution, and its grooved surface applies aesthetically pleasing charbroil grill marks to tender chicken breasts or juicy hamburger patties.
