Imperial PCVE-2 Description
The Imperial PCVE-2 electric full-size convection oven has two chambers, so it can be used in high-volume kitchens. These sections each have five racks with a 10-position guide, and their standard depths accommodate pans in a side-to-side position. Two-speed fans evenly disperse heat, and they recirculate this hot air to save energy.
Each section of this Imperial PCVE-2 commercial convection oven has a set of dependent doors; with this design, the chambers are accessible with a single handle for one-handed opening. The doors have a fortified chassis that supports constant opening and closing, and they have large windows to promote product viewing. Constructed of stainless steel, the exterior front, doors, sides, and top are durable and resistant to rusting.
