Imperial PCVE-2 Description
The Imperial PCVE-2 full-size convection oven has two decks, and each one comes with five pan racks. These racks can be moved into different positions depending on the application, and they support full-size pans in side-to-side positions. Nonstick and resistant to corrosion, the interior is porcelainized, and this also promotes product browning. Because the chambers have dependent doors that open simultaneously, each section can be accessed with one hand.
Two-speed fans uniformly move heat in this Imperial PCVE-2 double-deck convection oven, speeding up cooking to increase production capacity. To accommodate different types of food, the operator can adjust the time and temperature settings on the manual controller. While food is cooking, users can monitor food through the large door windows since interior lights provide visibility.
