Manitowoc Ice UDF0310W Description
The Manitowoc UDF-0310W NEO™ undercounter ice machine has a water-cooled condenser that cools the condensing coils by directing water over them; this unit requires a constant source of cool water for use. When this component is cooled, the refrigerant removes heat from the evaporator plate so water will freeze and form ice. This machine includes a control panel that includes electronic controls with service indicators to simplify operation and alert the user of important factors and status.
The Manitowoc UDF-0310W NEO undercounter ice machine can make 295 pounds of dice ice cubes daily. Its food zone is accessible through its sliding door, and for efficient cleaning, its part are removable. Access to refrigeration components is available when the storage bin is removed. Because the condenser is made of cupro-nickel, it protects components from harmful particles in water.

"So far no problems. Very happy with quality and quantity of ice made. I bought the water cooled because it's in the garage and I am on a well. Its doesn't run water constantly (i was worried it would). It only runs while making ice. Water cooled doesn't create a lot of heat in the garage (like alot of my neighbor's)."
