"Makes very few of the full cubes mostly pieces, quarters, halves. so much water escapes evaporator area and rains down on ice in bin causing the ice to freeze together in a 50lb ball. This is happening to both units we purchased. Manitowoc has no solutions and says that's just how they operate. I am a 35 yr experienced tech who owns over 125 icemakers in our leasing operation. I know my stuff."
