Thermo-kool TK94BCF-2 Description
The Thermo-kool TK94BCF-2 blast chiller and shock freezer is designed to be paired with a remote refrigeration system not included in the purchase of this machine. It's constructed of durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel and features a heated door frame to eliminate the risk of frost buildup. The walls of the unit are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to create a barrier between the cold internal air and warmer external air.
The large Thermo-kool TK94BCF-2 blast chiller and shock freezer measures 62 inches wide by 961/8 inches deep by 86 inches high and is made for use in high-volume kitchens. It can hold 80 full-size food pans at a time and quickly cools cooked food items. It can chill 940 pounds of food from 165 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit in 2 hours and freeze 620 pounds of food from 165 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in 4 hours.
