A reinforced, three-way airflow system and multipoint evaporator create a consistently cold blanket over products for better preservation. Users can apply the 40-character display with controls to engage the following cycles: soft chill, hard chill, and evaporator defrost. After service, this unit enters a holding mode so products remain at safe serving temperatures unless removed. Users should note this control panel can save 150 recipes, has a real-time clock, and a built-in dry contact for an external alarm or phone dialer connection.

The door at the front sits on a heavy-duty “U” channel frame that heats to reduce frost for easier access inside.
