The Thermo-kool TK30BCF-1 floor model roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer has the capability to blast chill 300 pounds of product from 165 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit within two hours and shock freeze 200 pounds of product within four hours when it’s connected to the remote condensing unit (sold separately). This unit is built in with one temperature probe and one food probe to accurately monitor the cabinet’s conditions; meanwhile, the multi-point high-efficiency evaporator delivers a close gradient over the product for even, thorough chilling. All electric and refrigerant components are fitted to a 304 standalone uniframe modular chiller system that allows for comfortable installation. At the front of this blast chiller and shock freezer is a 40-character display screen with controls to operate and fulfill the following modes: soft chill, hard chill, and evaporator defrost.

This Thermo-kool TK30BCF-1 floor model and roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer measures 62 inches wide by 52⁵/₈ inches deep by 86 inches high. The interior features a perimeter of 4-inch panels and a urethane tongue-and-groove hard rail perimeter. To add to this unit’s strength, the interior and exterior sport a 304 stainless steel construction. The door remains in prime condition because it’s mounted to a heavy-duty “U” channel door frame to minimize racking and twisting. Additionally, users can heat the frame periodically through the assistance of electronic controls to reduce frost build up.
