Omcan 46503 Description
The Omcan 46503 (FR-CN-0282) chest freezer can be installed in areas that don't exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55 percent humidity. Its cold-wall refrigeration operates with R600 refrigeration to generate and maintain temperatures from -8 to 5 degrees Fahrenheit so ice cream, meat, vegetables, and microwavable meals are held at safe temperatures until they're purchased. As inventory changes, staff can set the unit's temperature on the mechanical thermostat. Its corrosion-resistant aluminum interior provides 10 cubic feet of storage space and accommodates four baskets, though just one basket is included, to separate discounted or frozen novelties from other product offerings. To ease the defrosting process, it's equipped with a defrost drain.
For placement in the back of house or near point-of-sale areas, the Omcan 46503 (FR-CN-0282) chest freezer measures 44 inches wide by 25 inches deep by 331⁄5 inches high and is positioned on four casters with two brakes. To complement existing pieces of equipment, its steel exterior is powder-coated white. Its flat, solid lid hinges open and remains in place so employees don't have to hold it open when loading and removing inventory.
