Omcan 45506 Description
For cutting meat with bones as well as frozen, boneless meat, the Omcan 45506 (BS-IT-1829-M) European bandsaw is built with a sharp, 72-inch-long blade and 1.2-horsepower motor. To create precise cuts of meat, operators can adjust the length and width of each cut as needed; this unit can slice through pieces as large as 82⁄5 inches wide by 103⁄5 inches high. For simple startup, users can rotate the knob clockwise to the on position, then turn it to the off position to shut the machine down. Its microswitch quickly turns off the machine to reduce injury risk.
The Omcan 45506 (BS-IT-1829-M) bandsaw's steel cutting plate provides a stable surface that withstands medium-duty use. This unit's all-aluminum body resists corrosion to preserve its original condition and can simply be wiped clean. Because it measures 209⁄10 inches wide by 181⁄10 inches deep by 35 inches high, it can be placed on a table top. To match other back-of-house equipment, it comes in gray.
