The Omcan 43150 slicer plate can be used with the Omcan 43144 vegetable slicer attachment set in addition to planetary mixers featuring a No. 12 drive hub. This plate is ideal for slicing carrots, onions, and cucumbers since its cutting size can be adjusted between 0 and 5⁄16 of an inch. Because this unit can be smoothly detached and reattached, plates can be swapped out with little difficulty; additionally, it streamlines cleaning after use.
