This unit includes four casters, two of which include brakes, for smooth mobility and stabilization. Its three levels feature two adjustable chrome-plated shelves sized to accommodate cakes, pies, cupcakes, petit fours, and other desserts that require refrigeration. To create a streamlined full-service setup, the rear sliding glass door provides full access to the interior so employees can retrieve customer purchases.
