Omcan 31809 Description
Ideal for holding drinks, sandwiches, salads, sushi, desserts, and snacks at safe temperatures, the Omcan 31809 (RS-CN-0200) horizontal display case's high-quality digital temperature controller can be set from 35.6 to 53.6 degrees Fahrenheit. While its ventilated cooling system enhances airflow to minimize warm spots, its defrost system automatically minimizes unseemly ice buildup. To save energy during non-business hours, the included night curtain can be placed over the open front. This unit is built with a self-contained refrigeration system that operates with R404a refrigerant.
The Omcan 31809 (RS-CN-0200) open refrigerated display case is equipped with three levels that are comprised of two 371⁄5-inch-wide by 99⁄20-inch-deep stainless steel shelves. Interior LED lighting illuminates the product display, and two clear side glass panels provide a full view of the case so customers can discern product offerings. To ease transport for maintenance or cleaning beneath the unit, this 3937⁄100-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 4921⁄100-inch-tall unit is positioned on casters with two brakes for stability.
