Built with a gear-driven transmission and 0.87-maximum-horsepower motor, the Omcan 23580 (MG-CN-0012-S) meat grinder can mince and grind 260 pounds of meat per hour—an output great for small butcher shops and delis. To produce different consistencies of ground meat, it's equipped with three spouts (⁵⁹⁄₁₀₀ inches, ⁷⁹⁄₁₀₀ inches, and ⁹¹⁄₁₀₀ inches) and two machine plates (⁶⁄₂₅ inches and ³¹⁄₁₀₀ inches). This 7³¹⁄₅₀-inch-wide by 17³¹⁄₅₀-inch-deep by 13³⁷⁄₁₀₀-inch-tall unit's body, housing, and head are made of stainless steel—a durable, rust-, bend-, and scratch-resistant metal.
