This 10³⁄₄-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 18¹⁄₄-inch-tall piece can be placed on countertops to save floor space in compact kitchens. To endure light- or medium-duty use in small restaurants, delis, or butcher shops, it boasts a gear-driven transmission and 1-horsepower motor. Staff can use one of the two machine plates and three spouts to produce different consistencies of ground meat. To ease operation, it's built with an on/off switch, reverse switch to minimize jamming, stainless steel pan, and stomper for user safety.
