The base of the Amercian Range HD34-CRB-1C LP range is a convection oven that's heated by a 30,000-BTU aluminized steel burner. That burner is lit with a piezo electric ignition that eliminates the need for a standing pilot light, a benefit that saves operators on fuel costs compared to traditional gas equipment. The interior of the range's oven is coated with porcelain to eliminate hot spots and keep the oven interior easy to clean.
The Amercian Range HD34-CRB-1C LP cooktop is built with a 34-inch charbroiler. Heat to that charbroiler's cooking surface is distributed via ceramic radiants that are covered by stainless steel. A grease gutter spans the length of the equipment and directs grease into a removable can. To allow cooks to create a custom cooking setup, the charbroiler's two cast iron grates are adjustable on two positions.
