American Range AR-4 Description
The American Range AR4 gas range is a good choice for locations with limited available space or that produce small to medium volumes of baked and roasted food items. Its four lift-off, open burners are topped with heavy-duty, sectioned, cast iron grates that can reach a high heat and maintain it better than stainless steel alternatives. Although the oven has a compact design that uses minimal space, it can hold a standard full-sized sheet pan for large-batch food preparation.
This American Range AR4 four-burner range is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel and has a heavy-duty, welded front frame that adds support to the unit's structure. This construction resists rust, dents, and warping, even with extended use. Cleaning and sanitizing this item are simple—the stainless steel oven door and split iron grates are removable for unrestricted operator access. The included oven rack is plated with chrome for resistance to stuck-on food and corrosion.
