Each 12-inch section of the griddle is heated by a 30,000-BTU U-shaped burner for consistent heat distribution. Manual controls enable precise heat adjustments, while a 3-inch-wide stainless steel grease trough and large grease pan streamline cleanup.
Designed for durability, the American Range AR48-36G2OB countertop griddle and open burner unit has a stainless steel front and sides. It is supported by four adjustable 4-inch legs for stability. This model operates at a total of 154,000 BTU.
