American Range AR-36G Description
The American Range AR36G gas range is built with a full griddle top, providing a 36-inch-wide space for users to prepare high volumes of pancakes, eggs, hamburgers, quesadillas, or hash browns quickly. Its 5⁄8-inch-thick steel griddle plate withstands frequent use at high temperatures and the highly polished surface doesn't harbor bacteria while reducing flavor transfer from one order to the next. Each of the three steel tube griddle burners is controlled independently, so the user can set multiple cook zones temperatures to produce myriad dishes from one griddle.
Baking and broiling can be done in the American Range AR36G gas range because it has a standard oven with a porcelainized interior that heats evenly and resists food buildup. One matching oven rack is included; its chrome plating withstands high heat and resists scratching and corrosion. A 6-inch landing ledge made of heavy-duty steel provides an area for users to keep cooking utensils, spices, plates, or commonly used flavorings within reach. This range is also reinforced by a heavy-gauge, welded frame that strengthens the unit's shape, keeping it square and level even under heavy loads.
