Norlake

The Norlake NLCB36 chef base has a flat top that elevates equipment to a comfortable working height and holds as much as 1,040 pounds with cold storage space in the drawers. These drawers come with adapter bars that hold two full-size pans (pans sold separately). Durable and resistant to rusting, the interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel.

Foamed-in-place insulation keeps cold air contained and enhances the unit’s structural stability. Cold temperatures are maintained with R134A refrigerant, which is controlled by a capillary tube system. Ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature can be adjusted and monitored on a digital display. This Norlake NLCB36 chef base sits on 5-inch casters, so users can move the unit to clean underneath it or reorganize their kitchen.
