Norlake KODF77612-C 6' x 12' Outdoor Walk-In Freezer w/ Top-Mounted Compressor - Floor

The Norlake KODF77612-C Kold Locker™ outdoor walk-in freezer comes with a Capsule Pak™ refrigeration unit for top/ceiling mounting. This system can produce and maintain temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure the refrigeration system works effectively, the cooler shouldn't be exposed to temperatures hotter than 90 degrees Fahrenheit. An included weather protection kit provides a one-piece, 35-millimeter white membrane roof material that doesn't require seaming or gluing to the ceiling panels. A metal trim for the roof's flashing comes with this package and can be secured to the wall panels with the self-tapping and self-drilling TEK screws.

For simplified setup, the unit's wall, floor, and ceiling panels can be interlocked with the cam locking fasteners and positioned in the correct place with the male and female mating rails. Each panel is insulated with 4-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane, which provides an R-32 refrigeration value for the walls, ceiling, and door, and an R-28 value for the floor. The exterior and interior panels' stucco-embossed, 26-gauge coated steel finish resists corrosion to endure long-term use. For repeated foot and dolly traffic, the smooth aluminum flooring can support an evenly distributed load of 800 pounds per square foot. When fully assembled, this unit measures 6 feet wide by 12 feet deep by 6 feet 6 inches tall.

The Norlake KODF77612-C walk-in freezer features a 26-inch-wide by 78-inch-tall right-hinged, self-closing door that opens and closes smoothly so staff can easily enter and exit the unit. To prevent staff from getting locked inside, a safety release mechanism is built inside and allows a safe exit, even when the exterior deadbolt handle is locked. The LED light positioned above the door illuminates the freezer so staff can clearly see inventory, and a digital thermometer provides an accurate readout of interior temperatures. To conserve energy, an exterior pilot light glows when the interior light is left on.
