Moyer Diebel 201HT Description
Because it is a high-temperature unit, the Moyer Diebel 201HT undercounter dishmachine relies on its built-in booster to heat water to a sanitizing 180 degrees Fahrenheit, rather than the chemical washing of a low-temperature machine. To deal with any mineral buildup, a delime cycle purges the machine, while rinse aid and detergent pumps add cleaning power to the cycle to make sure dinnerware comes out shining.
The Moyer Diebel 201HT commercial dishwasher's stainless steel construction enables it to withstand denting and scratching, along with the rust possible from dishwashing. If necessary, the upper and lower spray arms are interchangeable, and a Soft Start feature protects fragile dinnerware during the cycle. In a normal day of operation, this machine cleans a rack every 2 minutes and 21 seconds for a total of 25 racks an hour.
