Moyer Diebel 201HT Description
The Moyer Diebel 201HT undercounter dishwasher is a high-temperature unit that uses its built-in booster to produce 180-degree-Fahrenheit water to sanitize dinnerware, instead of the chemical cleaning of a low-temperature machine. Rinse aid and detergent pumps provide cleaner for the cycle, while a delime cycle removes mineral buildup from the wash chamber.
Because of its stainless steel construction, the Moyer Diebel 201HT commercial dishmachine can withstand the wear and tear of a restaurant kitchen as well as the rust from gallons of water. The upper and lower spray arms can be switched as needed, and a Soft Start feature safeguards delicate items from chipping or breaking as the wash cycle commences. This machine can clean 25 racks an hour, which is one rack every 2 minutes and 21 seconds.
