The Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-4C-S-LED cooler’s temperature and defrost settings are electronically controlled for quick and accurate adjustments, and staff can set the holding temperature between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooler’s cold conditions are maintained with the foamed-in insulation and air screen technology, while the perforated rear wall and low-velocity fans promote even air circulation.
