After operating hours, staff can use the unit’s included night cover to save energy and preserve stored products. The unit’s heavy-gauge steel super structure withstands scratches, dents, and warping, and to remove water condensation, this cooler includes a drain.
The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-3C-LED cooler’s thermostatic controls hold temperature levels between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooler’s low-velocity fans, air screen technology, and perforated rear wall produce an even airflow throughout the cabinet, and to maintain consistent holding temperatures, this unit includes CFC-free foam insulation and an air defrost system.
