Howard-McCray SC-CFS40E-10-LED Description
With removable grilles and pan drains, the Howard McCray SC-CFS40E-10-B-LED full-service fish and poultry case can be cleaned and maintained promptly. This white unit has double-paned doors and a rear compression door jamb, newly designed to keep air from seeping through cracks. Displayed products are visible under two rows of LED lighting and through the thermal-insulated straight glass. Food is kept cool in this self-contained case using the R513A expansion valve system and electronic controls. If the temperature leaves the set level, the expansion valve adjusts the refrigerant flow accordingly, restoring the correct temperature level quickly. Cases available in 4-, 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12- foot lengths, and in white, black, and stainless steel (upcharge); please contact customer care to specify a different model.
