The Howard McCray CHS35-8 heated display case has six thermostatically controlled wells for wet or dry operation. These wells maintain warm serving temperatures and are not designed for reheating or cooking food. Each well features a separate drain and a stainless steel deck around the wells for swift cleaning. Upper flood lamps illuminate the food, ensuring it is visible through the single-pane, tempered front glass. This stainless steel unit has a white exterior and interior, and double-pane glass doors with jambs to keep the case closed tight.
