The Lang R30C-APF 2403 restaurant range is electric with a 30-inch-wide griddle that is built with a 1⁄2-inch-thick plate. The convection oven has a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with a five 13-inch-by-18-inch pan capacity. The operator can monitor the cooking process through a large, double-paned tempered glass door.
The exterior is constructed with one piece of heavy duty stainless steel that resists corrosion and minor damage. The cooking chamber features a stainless steel compartment which facilitates even cooking. The cooking compartment has 2 inches of insulation on all six sides for ideal heat retention. This model has a grease drain in the trough that provides quick cleanup. This Lang R30C-APF 2403 electric range with a griddle has Accu-Plus™ controls. A knob is used to set the time and temperature on the unit. There is an hour timer that comes with a non-stop buzzer to alert the operator of when food in the oven has finished cooking. These controls also come with a pulse fan switch, high/low speed fan switch, and a power-on switch for the convection fan to ensure food is evenly cooked.
