With a double-deck design, the Lang ECOF-AP2 full-size electric convection oven provides operators with two oven chambers in a single footprint. To provide stability and corrosion resistance, this unit has a welded steel frame and a stainless steel front, sides, and top. Each oven interior has a porcelain enamel coating to aid in heat retention and ease the cleaning process between uses. To help retain set temperatures during heavy use, this unit has two inches of insulation on the sides, top, and bottom. Each oven chamber is accessed through two doors with a dependent design that permits staff to open both doors with one hand. Additionally, each of this unit's four doors have a double-pane tempered glass window that provides staff a clear view of the interior to keep a close eye on the cooking process.

To accommodate a variety of pan configurations, both Lang ECOF-AP2 full-size convection oven interiors come with five chrome-plated oven racks, which offer seven different possible rack positions. To achieve temperatures set via the solid-state, knob-set temperature controls, each oven interior relies on a two-speed oven blower motor and a high/low speed fan switch. This unit can maintain temperatures between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. For convenience, this unit is equipped with a one-hour timer featuring a nonstop buzzer.
