Metal-sheathed elements on both the top and bottom of this deck-type roast oven evenly distribute heat inside its fully insulated, aluminized steel cooking compartment to thoroughly cook your food with 100-450 degree temperatures. If you require a higher product output, up to 3 of Lang's single deck ovens can be stacked, for more roasting while saving space.
