Lang 160T Description
The Lang 160T electric griddle is great for breakfast restaurants and sports bars, where items such as burgers, pancakes, and omelets are prepared in large quantities for diners. It has a 1-inch-thick steel griddle plate—it heats up slower and conserves heat more effectively than a thinner plate. A splash guard wraps around the sides and rear of the griddle, preventing grease and food residue from spraying out and making a mess.
This Lang 160T griddle's plate is heated by a 6,000-watt element every 12 inches, which heats the plate evenly to produce consistent final products. Each element is controlled independently by a snap-action thermostat with a heat spectrum of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The griddle's welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior give it increased durability and a resistance to corrosion.
