IKON ITG-48 Description
To maximize output, users can take advantage of the IKON ITG-48 gas griddle's four gas knob controls that enable users to manipulate four separate burners. Each burner outputs 30,000 BTUs and is spaced 12 inches apart; for even heat throughout the griddle's surface, aeration baffles are placed between each burner. Great for flipping burgers or laying down breakfast classics like eggs and bacon, the cooking surface measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep. The front-control pilot light offers a consistent flame to each burner for convenient startup, while the 1-inch-thick griddle plate provides optimal heat distribution and retention during the cooking process.
This IKON ITG-48 gas griddle's thermostatically controlled griddle features a countertop design measuring 48 inches wide by 323/8 inches deep by 14 inches high. Its entire body is made of stainless steel, which minimizes dents, scratches, or other structural breaches. With its double-wall insulation, the front stays cool during use for employee safety. The 4-inch grease trough adeptly collects stray drippings; meanwhile, the 31/4-inch grease drawer has a weeping hole so users can track the fill level. For proper installation, it requires a 3/4-inch manifold connection. It ships ready for natural gas cooking, and it comes with a conversion kit for use with LP gas instead.
