IKON ITG-36 Description
To increase output in back-of-house kitchens, the IKON ITG-36 griddle provides a 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep working surface ideal for flipping burger patties, bacon, hash browns, and other classic diner dishes. For optimal control during cooking processes, it's built in with three gas-control knobs. This unit has three 30,000-BTU burners spaced 12 inches apart for even heating along the surface of the griddle; the aerated baffles also excel cooking processes. Each of these three burners features a continuous pilot for simple ignition. The griddle plate's 1-inch thickness is designed for optimal heat retention and distribution throughout the cooking process.
This IKON ITG-36 convertible gas griddle has an overall size of 36 inches wide by 323/8 inches deep by 14 inches high. This unit comes built in with adjustable legs for countertop application, and these legs are capped with nonskid feet to ensure it remains stable on the surface during operation. Its hefty stainless steel body reduces the appearance of abrasions and scratches, while its double-wall insulation protects users from heat. To shield other equipment from excess grease and oil, it's welded with back and side splashes and features a 4-inch grease gutter to ease cleaning at the end of the day.
