IKON ITG-36E Description
Operating with three healing elements spaced 12 inches apart, the IKON ITG-36E electric countertop griddle provides 36 inches of cooking space for grilling, frying, warming, and toasting. Giving users the option to set as many as three separate cook zones, each element is individually controlled with a thermostatic dial. Near the griddle’s front, it has a 4-inch-wide grease trough large enough to fit most spatulas, which eases cleaning.
For durability in demanding cooking environments, the IKON ITG-36E electric griddle plate measures 1-inch thick and is made of polished steel to ease of cleaning. This unit installs with a hard-wire connection and can be set to temperatures between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it doesn’t take up much room, this unit is great for smaller locations needing to produce a moderate volume of hamburgers, hash browns, eggs, or grilled meat and vegetables. To keep the griddle level, its 4-inch legs are adjustable.
