IKON IMG-36 Description
The IKON IMG-36 countertop griddle's cabinet is constructed of durable, wear-resistant stainless steel featuring double-walled insulated sides that keep heat on the cooking surface. To shield surrounding surfaces from grease, it's designed with fully welded back and side splash guards, and to reduce the risk of burns, it features a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel front edge. For simplified cleaning and maintenance, the unit is fully serviceable through the front and includes a 3⁄4-inch removable grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle, enabling operators to determine when the trap needs to be cleaned. To stabilize the unit on countertops, this 36-inch wide by 342/5-inch-deep by 151⁄2-inch-high griddle is mounted on adjustable stainless steel legs, which are capped with nonskid feet that void leaving marks on surfaces.
For simplified operation and precise temperature adjustments, the IKON IMG-36 natural gas griddle features manual gas controls and a front-lit pilot light. It has three gas control knobs to accommodate multiple items with varying temperature requirements and has three integrated U-shaped burners. Each burner operates at 30,000 BTU for a total of 90,000 BTU. Great for burgers, vegetables, and hibachi, this unit has a 36-inch-wide by 201/2-inch-deep by 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate. The back ventilation flue facilitates proper air circulation, and to convert the unit from natural gas to liquid propane, it comes with a field conversion kit.
