Ideal for roasting meats, potatoes, or vegetables, the IKON IECO full-size electric convection oven's interior measures 29 inches wide by 221/2 inches deep by 193/8 inches high. This single-deck unit ships with five wire racks that are plated with nickel and adjustable in 11 rack positions, enabling products of various sizes to be baked. To streamline cooking processes, its temperature can be set between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and users can attune this unit's temperature conditions using the dial-type thermostat. Because it's electric powered, it heats quickly to streamline throughput. For operation, it will need to be hardwired because it doesn't come with a cord and plug.
