Southbend TVGS/32SC Description
Great for high-volume baking, the Southbend TVGS/32SC triple full-size convection oven has three baking chambers, so cooks can prepare different products in each section. These cavities each have three racks, and their standard depth accommodates pans side to side. Finished with porcelain enamel, the interiors are corrosion resistant and nonstick. Because the ovens have coved interior corners, they won't trap crumbs or harbor bacteria.
Adjustable to suit different applications, the temperature in this Southbend TVGS/32SC TruVection gas convection oven can be set between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Two-speed fans move heat throughout the baking chambers, evenly circulating air to eliminate hot spots and quicken baking. For tracking the cooking process, the oven has a 60-minute timer.
