Southbend TVES/30SC Description
The Southbend TVES/30SC TruVection triple-deck convection oven features three compartments, each with three racks that can be adjusted to five different positions. Its sides, front, and top are constructed of stainless steel—a sturdy, scratch-resistant material that can endure years of heavy use. This unit’s temperature can be set between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit using solid-state controls.
To offer a look into the cabinets without letting heat escape, each of the Southbend TVES/30SC electric convection oven’s doors is fitted with a glass window. Each compartment is equipped with interior lighting to further improve visibility, and their interiors are made of nonstick porcelain that can be quickly wiped clean. This unit’s doors open simultaneously with one hand, freeing the other to quickly load and unload the cabinet.
