Southbend S60DD-3G Description

Equipped with a flame failure safety device, this 2 oven restaurant range is designed to provide peace of mind during use. The large 26" wide oven has all oven cavity parts enameled for easy cleanability. The four sides and top of oven is insulated with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool with an oven baffle assembly. The two position rack guides allow the user to accommodate a variety of food sizes and shapes. Two removable oven racks come standard with this restaurant range for everything a high volume kitchen needs to get started cooking delicious foods right away. The 35000 BTU standard oven features a snap action thermostat that is adjustable to 175 to 550 degrees. The u-shaped heavy duty oven burner provides excellent consistent results.

Featuring 4 burners and a 36" griddle this Southbend 60" restaurant range is designed for high volume kitchens that require power and consistency. The stainless steel front, sides and removable shelf provide easy cleanability and an attractive design. The 28000 BTU one-piece cast iron, non-clog burners have a Lifetime Warranty. The smooth, polished 1/2" steel griddle plate with raised sides provides excellent cooking results and a reduced mess. The 4" stainless steel front rail has closed, welded ended caps and the individual removable cast iron grate tops provides a heavy duty cooking service. The two removable, one-piece crumb drawers are located under the burners and keep this 60" restaurant range clean. The metal knobs have red stripes to help the operator interpret operating status. The quadrant spring doors have heat resistant, ergonomic, chrome handles. The 6" stainless steel legs are adjustable for streamlining this 4 burner restaurant range with the rest of the cookline.
