Southbend PCHG60S/T Description
With a side-mounted control panel, the Southbend PCHG60S/T Platinum double half-size convection oven has adjustable temperature, timer, and fan settings. Because this unit is equipped with digital controls, operators can program recipes and timers for efficiency. This oven has a temperature range between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit with a holding range of 140 to 200 degrees. Its two-speed fan motor blows hot air evenly throughout each cabinet.
The Southbend PCHG60S/T convection oven measures 30 inches wide by 2913/20 inches deep by 64 inches high. It has a stainless steel construction with an aluminized steel back panel for strength and durability through heavy use. For heat retention, this oven sports porcelainized cabinets with an enamel finish for simple cleanup. Each deck includes five plated racks that can be adjusted on the 11-position rack guides in 15/8-inch increments.
