For smooth, speedy cleaning, the Southbend PCHG30S/T Platinum single half-size convection oven’s interior is made of enameled porcelain and features coved corners. The oven’s front, top, and sides are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for an extended lifespan. Its five plated racks and 11-position rack guides offer versatile placement, and this oven measures 30 inches wide by 2913/20 inches deep by 33 inches high overall.
The Southbend PCHG30S/T convection oven provides an accurate timer and temperature display to track the cooking process. Users can use the digital controls to create and program recipes for efficient performance. Powered by natural gas, the oven features a two-speed fan motor that ensures even heat distribution across the cabinet. This unit reaches temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit with a holding temperature range of 140 to 200 degrees.
